Almond Jello (Chinese Gelatin Dessert)
Ingredients
1 package Knox gelatin

1 cup Water

1 cup Milk

1 tbsp Almond extract

1 tsp Sugar (optional)

Boil the water and dissolve the gelatin. Add milk and stir. Throw in almond extract (I pour in 1T, then I pour in a little extra). Stir. (Add the sugar earlier with the gelatin; sorry) Gel in a square pan in the refrigerator. When gelled, cut into squares. I serve it with fruit cocktail.
