4 Boneless skinless chicken breast halves, (1 pound)
1/3 cup Apple butter
2 tbsp Salsa
2 tbsp Catsup
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
1/2 tsp Salt, optional
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
2 drop Worcestershire sauce
2 drop Liquid smoke flavoring, optional

Place chicken in a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 375 F. for 25 minutes or until meat juices run clear.
Yield: 4 servings. Diabetic Exchanges: (per breast half prepared without salt or liquid smoke flavoring.) 3 very lean meat, 1 1/2 fruit; also 206 calories, 226 mg. sodium, 63 mg. cholesterol, 6 gms. fat.
