Apricot Cream-Filled Waffles
Ingredients
1 package (3-oz) cream cheese, softened

1 tbsp Honey

2/3 cup Canned apricot halves, drained and chopped

8 Frozen waffles, toasted

1/2 cup Hungry Jack Microwave Ready Regular Syrup (from 1lb 8oz container)

Preparation
In small bowl, combine cream cheese and honey; blend well. Stir in apricots. Spoon and spread apricot mixture onto 4 waffles. Top with remaining waffles. Serve with syrup.
