1 lb Ground meat (beef, pork, sausage or any combination)
1 can (10-oz) onion soup
1 can (10-oz) chicken broth
3/4 cup Raw rice
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
1/2 cup Bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup Celery, chopped
small Amount of oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Bread or cracker crumbs

Sauté meat in a little oil until pink disappears. Grease casserole; put in meat. Sauté onions, bell peppers and celery. Mix uncooked rice and other ingredients together and place in casserole; cover. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 45 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with bread or cracker crumbs and bake until lightly brown, about 20 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
