Balkan Cornmeal Mush (Polenta)
Ingredients
3 cup Water

1 tsp Salt

1 cup Stone ground corn meal

3 tbsp Chopped fresh dill

4 oz Crumbled feta cheese



TOPPING



1 cup Tomato sauce

1/2 Lemon, juice of

Fresh ground black pepper.

Preparation
Boil water and salt. add stone ground corn meal, cook several minutes. Stir in chopped fresh dill and feta cheese.



Serve topped with tomato sauce, adjusted as follows: To 1 cup tomato sauce add the juice of 1/2 lemon plus fresh ground black pepper.
