Balsmic Glazed Steak
Ingredients
1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar

3 large Cloves garlic, crushed

1 tbsp Olive oil

1 tbsp Cracked black pepper

2 lb Top round steak, 1 1/2" thick

Preparation
In a plastic zip-top bag, combine all ingredients; seal and shake to coat steak. Chill at least 2 hours, turning once. Heat broiler. Place steak on a broiler rack. Broil 20 mins. for med-rare, turning once. Let stand 10 mins. before slicing.
