Banana Oat Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup Nonfat Milk

1 package Instant Oatmeal, Regular Flavor

1 Whole Banana, Cut In Chunks

1 cup Orange Juice

Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend on high speed for 1 min.



Yield: two 8 oz servings
