2 cup Sweet Potato, cooked and mashed

1 cup Mashed bananas

1/2 cup Sour cream

1 Egg

1/2 tsp Salt

3/4 tsp Curry powder

Mix all ingredients. Beat until smooth; put into greased 1 quart casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
