2 cup Mashed sweet potatoes

1 cup Mashed ripe bananas (3 medium)

3/4 tsp Curry powder

1/3 cup Sour cream

1/2 tsp Salt

1 Egg

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat with electric mixer until light and very fluffy. Turn into 1 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350-degrees F. in the oven for 20 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned.
