Mince garlic and add it to the chopped parsley and basil. Mash butter, cream cheese and blue cheese with a fork. Add to the olive oil, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Mix with the garlic mixture and pour into a screw-top jar. Shake well. Pour over hot pasta.
