Batas A Portuguesa - Portuguese Fried Potatoes
Ingredients
1/4 cup Butter

1/4 cup Oil (olive oil may be used)

750 g Potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4" thick rounds

1/2 Level teaspoon salt

1/2 Freshly ground black pepper

1 Level tablespoon finely chopped parsley

Preparation
1. in a pan heat butter and oil. fry potatoes on both sides until golden brown. 2. season potatoes with salt and pepper, transfer to a heated plater and serve immediately sprinkle with parsley. serves 4
