2 small Or one large head Bibb lettuce torn

1 cup Sour cream

3/4 cup Chunky salsa

Carrot curls for garnish

Mix salsa with juice with the sour cream thoroughly. Allow to sit for at least 1/2 hour then serve with Bibb lettuce and carrot curls on top. Easy but, very tasty. Posted to KitMailbox Digest by Supersew <Supersew@aol.com> on Apr 13, 1998
