Ingredients
1 pt Beer, light or dark

2 tbsp Sugar (less if dark beer is used)

3 drop Lemon juice

2 -(up to)

3 Egg yolks

Preparation
Heat beer with sugar & lemon juice. Beat egg yolks with a little cold water & slowly fold into beer. Serve hot.
