1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
1/2 tsp Chili powder
1/4 tsp Ground cumin
1 Clove garlic, crushed
1 cup Frozen whole kernel corn, thawed and drained
1 cup Jicima, diced
3/4 cup Tomato, seeded and chopped
2 Green onions, sliced
1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
2 can Black beans, cooked, rinsed and drained

Combine vinegar, oil, seasonings and garlic in a large glass or plastic bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients.
