8 oz Cream cheese, softened

2 oz Bleu cheese

3 tbsp Chopped celery

1/4 cup Chopped onion

2 tbsp Dried parsley

2 tbsp Dried chives (optional)

Chopped pecans or walnuts for rolling

Mix all ingredients; form into balls.

Roll in chopped pecans or walnuts; chill.
