1 package (8-oz) cream cheese, room temperature

1 package Cold pack bleu cheese, softened

1 tbsp Shallots, finely chopped

Pecans, chopped

Tiger Sauce (hot sweet & sour sauce) to taste

Mix all ingredients except pecans.

Form into a 6 inch roll.

Place finely chopped pecans (about 3/4 cup) on a piece of waxed paper.

Place cheese roll in the pecans, roll until completely covered.

Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve with Waverly or Escort crackers.
