1 7 oz. pkg elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
8 slice Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 cup Chili sauce
1/4 cup Lemon juice from concentrate
2 tsp Instant chicken bouillon
2 tsp Sugar
1 large Tomato, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup Slice green onions
4 cup Thinly sliced lettuce
