Blueberry Yogurt Shake
Ingredients
2 cup Yogurt, plain
1/2 cup Orange juice freshly squeezed
1 cup Blueberries, fresh, rinsed
1 Banana, very ripe
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth and frothy. Pour into glasses and serve.
