Boston Baked Corn
Ingredients
1 tsp Dry mustard
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Packed brown sugar
1 cup Catsup
1 small Onion, diced
2 can Whole kernel corn, (12 oz) drained
3 slice Bacon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ø. Combine mustard, salt, brown sugar and catsup. Add onion and corn, mix well. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with bacon. Bake for 40 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
