Brisket And Beer
Ingredients
1 6-Lb Brisket Of Beef

1 Bottle Light Beer

1 Bottle Chili Sauce

1 package Onion Soup Mix

1 Clove Garlic, minced

Salt And Pepper

Preparation
Rub salt, pepper and garlic into beef. Brown under broiler. add rest of ingredients and cover. Bake at 350° for 3 hours. Turn twice while cooking. Chill and slice thin.
