1 large Onion, chopped

3 tbsp Butter

3 package (10-oz) frozen broccoli

2 can (10-oz) cream of chicken soup

1 Jar (8-oz) Cheese Whiz

3 cup Cooked rice

Sauté onion in butter until transparent. Add frozen broccoli, cooking over low heat until broccoli is tender. Add chicken soup, Cheese Whiz and rice. Pour into 3-quart casserole. Heat in 350 oven for about 25 minutes or until bubbly.

Serves 14-16.
