7/8 cup Water

3 tbsp Saco Buttermilk Powder

2 cup Bread flour

1/2 tsp Salt

2 tsp Sugar

1/2 cup Blue cheese, crumbled

1 tbsp Butter/margarine

1/4 cup Parsley, chopped

1 1/2 tsp Yeast

Mix in according to breadmaker directions. Makes a l lb. loaf.
