Buttermilk Chive Dressing
Ingredients
1/2 cup Reduced-fat buttermilk

2 tbsp Distilled white vinegar

2 tbsp Chopped fresh chives

1 tbsp Low-fat mayonnaise dressing

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Coarsely ground black pepper

Preparation
In small bowl, with wire whisk or fork, mix all ingredients.



Each tablespoon: About 6 calories, 0 g protein, 1 g carbohydrate, 0 g total fat (0 g saturated), 0 mg cholesterol, 65 mg sodium
