Cabbage Loaf
Ingredients
2 lb Ground beef

2 1/2 cup Shredded cabbage

Salt

1/2 Chopped green bell pepper

1 Minced garlic clove

3 Eggs

1/2 tsp Black pepper

4 Bacon strips

1 can (6 oz) tomato paste

American cheese slices

Preparation
Mix all ingredients together,thoroughly.Pour mixture into a 9 x 5 x 3" loaf baking pan.Place bacon strips on top.Bake for 1 1/2 hours in a 350 degree oven.After 45 minutes,you may have to drain bacon grease.During the last 15 minutes,add tomato paste on top. Turn oven off.After 15 minutes,add cheese slices to top and allow to melt.
