4 Medium-size white or red
Potatoes, cooked, peeled and chopped
3 Eggs, finely chopped
1/4 cup Finely chopped onions
1/4 cup Finely chopped bell peppers
2 tsp Ground red pepper (preferably cayenne)
2 tsp Prepared mustard
1/4 tsp White pepper
Green onion salad dressing
