1 Head cauliflower, thinly sliced
1/2 Purple onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Chopped celery
1/2 cup Chopped carrots
1 can (14-oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 Bottle (16-oz) Wishbone Italian dressing
2 tbsp Chili sauce
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Dill weed
1 cup Mayonnaise

Marinate vegetables in ltalian Dressing for 2 hours. Drain. Mix the chili sauce, lemon juice, dill weed and mayonnaise. Toss with the vegetables. Chill for 2 hours. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
