Hard boiled egg

Preparation
Mound crushed ice in large glass bowl; place dish of chilled black, golden or red caviar in center of ice. (Or leave caviar in original container.) If desired, sprinkle caviar with sieved hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped onion or snipped chives.

Serve with lemon wedges and crisp toast triangles or thinly sliced black bread. Allow 1 tablespoon caviar per serving; 140 calories per serving.
