1 lb Sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Hot sauce

1 small Onion, chopped fine

3/4 cup Mayonnaise

1 1/2 cup Chopped pecans

Strawberry preserves

Mix all ingredients with spoon except preserves.

Shape with hands into a ring. Fill center with strawberry preserves & put assorted crackers around ring before serving.

Chill at least 3-4 hours before serving.
