1 lb Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

1 cup Chopped pecans

2 cup Mayonnaise

1 Onion, finely chopped

1 Clove garlic, pressed

1/2 tsp Tabasco

1 cup Strawberry jam

Mix first 6 ingredients together thoroughly.

Place in a greased ring mold.

Refrigerate overnight. Unmold onto serving plate and place strawberry jam in the center.

Serve with crackers
