1/2 lb Yellow cheese

1 package (3-oz) cream cheese

2 Cloves garlic, crushed

1/4 tsp Salt

1 tsp Onion juice

1/8 tsp Red pepper

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

3/4 cup Chopped pecans

Chili powder

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Form into a roll approximately 1-1/2 inches thick.

Roll in chili powder and wrap in waxed paper.

Chill.

Slice thinly to serve.
