1/2 lb Chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 medium Green or red pepper, cut into strips
1/2 cup Sliced onion
6 6-inch flour tortillas, warmed
1 1/2 cup Cheddar & Monterey Jack Mexican Style Shredded cheese
Thick and Chunky Salsa, (Taco Bell brand recommended)

Directions: Spray skillet with no stick cooking spray. Add chicken and garlic. Cook on medium high heat 5 minutes. Add green pepper and onion. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until tender crisp. Place 1/4 cup chicken mixture and 1/4 cup cheese on center of each tortilla. Serve with salsa. Makes 6 servings.
