Cherry Coolie
Ingredients
1 package (3-oz) cherry-flavored gelatin

1 cup Boiling water

1/2 cup Cold water

Ginger ale

Vanilla ice cream

Preparation
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water. Stir well, and use this mixture as a syrup. Put 4 tablespoons syrup in a glass and fill glass two-thirds full with ginger ale. Add vanilla ice cream and stir to blend. Yield: 6 glasses.
