FOR THE CRUST:
Mix all crust ingredients in 8 or 9-inch pie or tart pan until well blended. Press crumb mixture into bottom and up sides. Chill for one hour before filling, or bake at 350 for 8 minutes.
FOR THE FILLING:
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar till smooth. Then add dream whip and cherry pie filling.
