1/2 cup Margarine, softened
1 cup Brown sugar (packed)
1/4 cup Sugar
2 tbsp Honey
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 Egg
1 cup All purpose flour
1 tsp Ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cup Quick-cooking oats
1 1/4 cup Crisp rice cereal
1 cup Chopped nuts
1 cup Raisins, dates, or
Chocolate chips (optional)

Date: Wed, 24 Jul 1996 16:43:04 -0500 In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add honey, vanilla and egg; mix well. Combine dry ingredients add to creamed mixture. Stir in oats, cereal and nuts. Add raisins, dates, or chocolate chips if desired. Press into a greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until the top is lightly browned. Makes 2 dozen.
