Line 6 salad plates with lettuce. Trim any fat remaining on chicken. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Alternate chicken, avocado & papaya on plates. Whisk together lime juice, pulp, oil, peel, salt & pepper & honey. Spoon dressing over each salad. Sprinkle with pecans. Serve immediately.
