1 cup Pearl Barley
1/2 cup Quinoa
1 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast, Bite-Sized Pcs
2 medium Carrots, Chopped
2 Celery, Ribs
1/2 large Purple Onions, Chopped
2 Cloves Garlic
1 tsp Sage
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Poultry Seasoning
20 oz Nonfat Chicken Broth
Water, To Cover And Additional As Need

I browned the chicken in a frying pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Put it and all the other ingredients into the crockpot. I put enough water in to cover everything and checked it every few hours so that it would not cook dry. Cooked it on low about 7 hrs.
It was excellent!!
