1 lb Chicken pieces, skinned, boned
1/2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Canola oil
2 Green onions, chopped
1/4 cup Cilantro, (or parsley) chopped
1 Tomato, chopped
1/2 cup Orange juice

Sprinkle chicken pieces with paprika, patting it in. Heat oil in a skillet and brown chicken. Add remaining ingredients. Cover, reduce heat, cook about 15 minute. Turn chicken at least twice during cooking. Makes 4 servings.
