2 cup Boneless, skinless, cooked chicken, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup Chopped onions
2 Cloves garlic
1 tsp Ginger
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 tsp Ground cloves
1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
2 tbsp Chopped cilantro
1 Egg white
1 tbsp Lemon juice or, to taste
1 cup Whole-wheat flour
Non-stick cooking spray

Process the chicken, onions, garlic, ginger,salt, pepper, cloves, cinnamon, cilantro, egg white and lemon juice to a paste in a food processor. Shape into patties, each about 2-inches in diameter and 1/4-inch thick, and coat with the whole-wheat flour.
Heat a nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat. When hot, spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray and add as many patties as will fit comfortably. Brown on both sides and transfer to a warmed platter while cooking the remainder. Serve hot.
Makes 10 kebabs.
