Chicken Loaf
Ingredients
1 cup Raw Rice

1 cup Grated Carrots

1 small Onion, Grated

1/2 Green Bell Pepper, Diced

1 1/2 cup Cooked Chicken Or Turkey

3/4 lb Grated Cheddar Cheese

1 qt Milk

1 tsp Salt

1 dash Pepper

Preparation
Mix all ingredients together. Place in a 9" X 13" baking dish and bake at 325øF for 1-1/2 hours. From: Syd's Cookbook.
