Chili-Cheese Balls
Ingredients
8 oz Shredded Cheddar cheese

1 cup All-purpose flour

1/2 cup Margarine or butter, softened

1/2 tsp Salt

4 oz Chopped green chilies, well drained

Preparation
Heat oven to 375F. Mix all ingredients. Shape into 3%-inch balls. Place about 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake until set, 15 to 18 minutes. Serve immediately. About 6 dozen appetizers; 30 calories per appetizer. Do-ahead Tip: Shape appetizers and freeze. To serve, bake about 18 minutes.
