1 lb Chicken, skinless, boneless cut in cubes
1 tbsp Cooking oil
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 small Green pepper, chopped
1 Garlic clove, minced
15 oz Hormel chili, no beans
14 oz Chrushed tomatoes
1 package Success rice, cooked
dash Hot pepper sauce
3/4 cup Pepper flavored Jack cheese, shredded

In large skillet, saute chicken until no longer pink; set adise. In same skillet, cook onion, peppers and garlic until tender; drain. Stir in chili and crushed tomatoes. Add rice and hot pepper sauce; add reserved chicken. Stir well. Simmer for 10 minutes in skillet. Top with shredded cheese.
