1 cup Mayonnaise

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 tbsp Chopped celery

2 tbsp Red pepper

2 tbsp Scallion

1/2 tsp Toasted chili powder

1 small Clov garlic, minced

White wine vinegar to thin, if needed

Salt and pepper

Combine all of the ingredients.



Yield: 1 cup
