Chili Sauce #5
Ingredients
24 large Tomatoes, peeled and chopped

3 large Red peppers, seeded and chopped

4 large Green peppers, seeded and chopped

2 Hot peppers, seeded and chopped (~RE's Mod. add 6-8 Jalapeno's)

1 cup Sugar

3 cup Cider vinegar

2 tbsp Salt

4 large Onions

2 Cloves garlic

1 tsp Ground cloves

2 tsp Ginger

1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1 1/2 tsp Pepper

Preparation
Combine all the ingredients except the spices in a large kettle and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add the spices and continue cooking for 15 minutes. Check the seasoning and texture and cook longer if it needs thickening. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
