1 Garlic clove, crushed

1/2 tsp Freshly ground pepper

1/2 tsp Finely grated ginger root

4 tsp Soy sauce

4 tsp Honey

4 tsp Dry sherry

1/2 tsp Five-spice powder

4 tsp Chili sauce

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 3/4 cup
