1 cup Chocolate chps

1 cup M&m's

1/4 cup Cocoa

1/2 tsp Salt

Cream butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla well. Add remaining ingredients. Spread 1/2 mixture in pan. Top with M&M's and then remaining dough. Bake at 375F for 25-30 minutes.
