If you're uncomfortable using raw eggs, frozen pasteurized eggs are available. Whirl first 5 ingredients in blender. Blend in eggs on low speed. This is wonderful in coffee. *Homemade sweetened condensed milk:Heat until sugar is dissolved: 1-1/2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 4 Tbsp. butter. Makes about 1-1/2 Peach And Apricot Crisp
