Chocolate Pudding Cake #2
Ingredients
1 cup Flour

2 tbsp Baking powder

1 tsp Salt

2/3 cup Sugar

6 tbsp Cocoa

1/2 cup Milk

2 tbsp Melted shortening

1 tsp Vanilla

1/2 cup Chopped walnuts

1 cup Brown sugar

Date: Thu, 11 Jul 1996 12:05:31 -0400 Mix dry ingredients with 2 Tb. cocoa. Add milk, shortening and vanilla. Add nuts and put in greased pan (my mom always used a 2 quart casserole dish). Mix brown sugar, 4 Tb. cocoa and sprinkle on top. Add 1-1/2 cups boiling water. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
