Christmas Punch Bowl
Ingredients
2 Raspberry Sherbet

1 Lemon Juice, Fresh

1 Orange Juice, Fresh Squeezed

1/3 Sugar

2 28 Oz. Bottles Ginger Ale, Chilled

1 32 Oz. Bottle Cranberry Juice Cockt, Chilled

Preparation
1. Soften 1 pint sherbet.



2. In punch bowl, combine softened sherbet, lemon juice, orange juice and sugar; stir to dissolve sugar.



3. Add ginger ale and cranberry juice.



4. With ice cream scoop, float remaining 1 pint sherbet on top of punch. Makes 15 cups.
