1 small Onion, finely chopped
1 cup Fresh cilantro (coriander), chopped
1/2 cup Parsley, chopped
1/2 cup Salad oil
6 tbsp Lime juice
3 tbsp Distilled white vinegar
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1 Jalapeno, stem, seed, mince

Mix onion, cilantro, parsley, oil, lime juice, vinegar, garlic, and chile in a nonmetallic bowl.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
