Combine sugar and water in saucepan; place over low heat and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add to instant tea. Add juices; chill. Pour into punch bowl; add ice cubes; stir until ice is partially melted. Just before serving, add ginger ale. Garnish with lime slices and maraschino cherries. Yield: 44 (1/2-cup) servings.
